Ageing: 4 years of which 2 are in oak barriques

Refinement: 9 months in the bottle

Characteristics: Brilliant ruby red with garnet highlights, fragrant aromas of sour cherry and morello cherry, cinnamon and nutmeg, vanilla and aniseed. The taste is full and balanced with sweet and soft tannins that give it a good aromatic persistence.

Pairings: Excellent with pasta dishes, roast red meat, poultry and braised meats.

Serving temperature: 16/18°C

To be uncorked a few hours before drinking.
