A masterpiece of caviar!

Golden in colour and very large in size, Oscietra caviar has a fine, long-lasting taste with notes of seafood, hazelnut and butter. Sometimes called "Russian caviar", Ossetra comes from the Oscietra sturgeon. It is now forbidden to fish for this sturgeon, which has become rare due to poaching and intensive fishing. This caviar is the result of many years of research, which has enabled it to be produced under farmed conditions.

The caviar is dark amber to golden in colour, with a firm and sensual texture. The flavours become fuller as the grains roll between the palate and the tongue.
