This Gin comes from the great experience and tradition of Scottish master distillers, with a production process reminiscent of the preparation of Whisky, using two discontinuous copper pot stills to bring out the purest and finest aromas of the botanicals used. In addition to the traditional blend of herbs and spices, rose petals from Bulgaria and local cucumbers are added during distillation. To further enhance the qualities of the distillate, production takes place in small batches of 450 litres, to keep each step under control. Many small precautions for a unique and unobtainable Gin, which should be tasted without thinking too much about it!
Transparent and limpid in appearance, its nose has distinct citrus sensations of lemon, lime and cedar, together with darker notes of black pepper and juniper, with some mentholated and balsamic hints of eucalyptus. The impact on the palate reveals a smooth and balanced taste, in the second line expressing a right freshness of cucumber together with the perfumed and delicate sweetness of rose, towards a long, aromatic and refined finish.
